The staff was very pleasant and friendly. Chloe was great and took very good care of me. She'll make an excellent PA and I wish her the best of luck in her future endeavors. Amy was very nice and knowledgeable. Dr Stein was a pleasure and made me feel at ease throughout the exam.
In my years of going to Total Eye Care, Langhorne office, I find the staff is always friendly starting with the team at the front desk. The doctors are very thorough providing quality and professional care including the techs that do the preliminary eye exams. Additionally you’ll receive top notch, professional assistance if you’re in need of picking out new glasses. I feel confident that my eye health is in good hands with The Total Eye Care team. I would highly recommend them.
I've been a patient here for years..Dr. Stein did surgery and I regularly see Dr. Cianni who I adore and today saw Dr. Kweon for the first time..she was great.. I liked her very much! The whole office and staff including glasses section are excellent!
I had a challenging situation where I needed cornea resurfacing and then cataract surgery in both eyes. It took a while due to time for healing in each eye but now I can see better than I have since 2nd grade. All the surgeries went very well. Thank you Dr. Stein and crew.
My visit with Dr Cianni was and always is great. He’s a great asset to the practice.
My issue is with the paperwork aspect of the check-in process. I understand that certain forms needs to be completed. However, the fact that patients are required to fill out the same paperwork every year (even when nothing has changed) is a bit cumbersome. And the fact that the forms are paper makes the task quite tedious. Having the forms available to complete online would streamline the process tremendously. Forms could be filled out ahead of time and not in the waiting room before/during/after the appointment.
During today’s visit, I was presented with the forms upon checkin. I started filling them out and was promptly called back to be seen - which was fantastic. I kept trying to fill it out the required paperwork while being seen, but after getting dilated i was unable to read the forms and fill them out. When I checked out, I told the receptionist that I could not complete the forms because I could not see them to read them. And that I would bring them home fill them out and send them back. The receptionist directed that I could not leave until the forms were completed. This did not sit well with me, but I reluctantly signed my name where she said to sign, and was on my way. Having an electronic process for paperwork would make things so much easier.
