I have had the pleasure of working with TLC Homecare for nearly a year now and can only offer praise for people who provide the very highest quality of care, communicate in both a professional and personal manner, respond quickly to inquiries and situations, and, the most important to me… they listen! In all my dialogues with both Debbie and Jimmy, they have listened to my concerns, my wishes and my questions as to what to expect for my wife’s care. They have a level of empathy and compassion that, at this stage in my life, I frankly need and appreciate. Call it hand holding or a hug, their ability to help guide me through a phase in life that no one expects to encounter is greatly appreciated. And, after the dialogue, they do a fantastic job of matching the proper care giver (at whatever level) to the needs and situation of the individual and family. For this time in our lives when we need this type of assistance – they are there!

This is the 2nd time I'm writing this, not sure if the first one will show up.
We have loved using TLC Homecare. We were in a tight spot with my mom, and needed caregivers immediately. I met with Roberta, the Care Coordinator, and she was kind and patient. Eventually, we ended up using 3 different caregivers in a combination of day/evening/weekend for 6 days/week. Becky, Elizabeth, and Sharon were incredible, and it was so helpful having them there for my mom. They helped her prepare meals, made tea for her, helped her to clean and do laundry, took her grocery shopping, and kept her company. She really loved them, and looked forward to seeing them. I would use TLC again in a heartbeat. They made a difficult time so much better, especially as I live at a distance, and couldn't be there for my mom every day. The ladies treated my mom so kindly, with such gentle compassion, it was lovely to see (we'd had cameras put in a while back to check on my mom, so we could see how they interacted with her). Thanks, TLC!
