I would not hesitate to use No Place Like Home again. The management team was tuned in to our/ mom’s needs and reacted quickly whenever needed. The aides were experienced and caring. Thank you Matt, Katie and Desiree.
No Place Like Home made became a positive experience for our family. They chose a kind & competent aide for our dad during the day. My questions were always answered with compassion.
Katie and Matt are wonderful. I used them in the past but just recently the facility my husband was in closed due to safety violations. He was abruptly displaced on Monday morning and I got 2 round the clock aids in place the next day! These professionals are so attuned to his needs.I love them. In fact I have yet to send NPLH $. They are more reasonable than the agency I first used a year ago when it comes to cost and with the"rush"nature of this situation they just acted right away for our benefit and perhaps our status as returning customer. I definitely recommend them. They listen and it sounds trite but they do care. I've gone from awful, upset to calm and totally impressed. Thank you NPLH.
No Place Like Home provided outstanding care for my bed bound, 92 year old father. Timilene and LeJuan were compassionate, patient and knowledgable in caring for my dad. I was able to continue to work from home without worry knowing that my dad was being attended to in a loving and compassionate way. Timilene even supported us on ambulette rides to doctor appointments, something I could never have done alone. My father enjoyed their company and looked forward to their time with him. Timilene and LeJuan were, for all intents and purpises, extended family to my dad. Now that he's passed, I am going to miss them being a part of my life also. The agency was accomodating with schedule changes that I needed and were able to quickly provide additional quality care when I needed it. I could not have had a better experience.
If I could give them more than 5 stars I would! If you need help caring for your loved ones, this is the place to call. We had another service that was ok and we almost didn’t want to switch and rock the boat…However, I called at 4:55p on a Friday and Matt the owner answered-and put me right at ease. He has gone above and beyond along with his staff, Katy in particular to find the best fit for us and it is like night and day! There are not enough accolades for No Place Like Home -the process was seamless and the caregiver we have is one of the kindest, most caring and qualified caregiver we could ever hope for. Thank you Matt Donofrio and your staff at No Place Like Home for giving us more quality time with our Dad. Priceless.
