This is the second P/T I have used this year and am so glad that I moved to professional. Lori did my assessment and exercises with me and I felt an improvement immediately. She then suggested I start aquatic therapy in their pool. I had my doubts b/c it was December and very cold. So glad I tried it. Michele is a great aquatic therapist, very hands and attentive and I now look forward to this 3 x a week. I would go 5 x a week if I could.
My husband is currently a patient at Professional Physical Therapy in Copiague. The staff are all wonderful and very knowledgeable; they explain things as they go and are always looking out for the patients! The place is always clean and the staff is very diligent about cleaning all the equipment after each use. I highly recommend them!
Staff is very attentive and knowledgeable. The place is very clean and welcoming. Also the place is very large with high ceilings and the temperature is always perfect! The Copiague location also has a heated pool if needed for PT. Highly recommended!
This is my third week of therapy with Erin. She's very professional, asking all the pertinent questions about my shoulder surgery and explaining everything she's doing. I know it's very short for a full evaluation, but so far I'm very happy with her help. The entire staff is very friendly and attentive, from the front desk to the PT and assistants. It's a very comfortable and very clean facility. Thank you, Erin, and everyone.
I had a fantastic experience at Professional Physical Therapy. I came in after a work-related knee injury, unsure of what to expect and honestly a bit skeptical. But from day one, the entire staff made me feel welcome, supported, and motivated.
Joseph was my primary trainer, and I can’t thank him enough. He not only guided me through a tailored rehab plan but also gave me the tools and confidence I needed to get stronger and return to work. He was patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in my progress.
Thanks to Joe and the amazing team, I’m now better than ever and incredibly grateful. Highly recommend this place to anyone needing physical therapy. You're in good hands here.
