I went to the Bon Secours ER in Port Jervis yesterday and was very happy with the care. The staff was kind, efficient, and made a stressful situation much easier. Great experience overall

Thank you to the staff at the emergency room for helping me. There aren't many hospitals near Pike County, so we're grateful for Bon Secours. The staff here are always in my prayers. ✝️🙏🏻

Been meaning to write this review for a while. About 6 months ago I was in a car accident with an intoxicated driver. Thank you to nurse Samantha (and really every person who I interacted with) who literally actually held my hand while I got my blood taken and removed bits of glass off my face. I was like level 100 stressed and freaked out and your calmness and kindness were exactly what I needed.

I just want to recognize the kindness and professionalism of the ER nurse who took care of me early in the morning of July 6th. Nurse Chad was really amazing. His words of affirmation made me feel safe and his work ethics are exceptional. I want him and the hospital to know that there are still nurses who love what they do. As patients, we feel and see that too. Once again, thank you Nurse Chad of the ER department.

Unfortunately, my toddler got hurt and needed stitches. The nurse called my daughter in to be seen before I even had a chance to sit in the waiting room. The nurses (Vicki and Gina) did an amazing job with keeping us all calm and making sure my daughter was comfortable. Dr. Yodice didn’t only make this experience as comfortable as can be for my toddler, but explained all possible options and made sure we weren’t left without answers. I couldn’t be more please with my experience.
