My experience with Heather was anything but negative which is why I was confused to read an unfavorable review. That being said she is not always going to tell you exactly what you want to hear. So if that is what you are looking for then she won’t be a good fit for you. She will however be one hundred percent present during your sessions and sometimes ask the tough questions, the ones that may have heavy answers. Doing this and being compassionate and completely non judgmental is what made her a great fit for what I needed at the time. Now, I am not usually one to give reviews or put my opinion out there. But I think it would be unfortunate to pass Heather by because of an unfair review, and possibly miss out on the opportunity too get the help you might need like I was able to. So if leaving this review could prevent that from happening then I would be remiss not to do so. To me, blaming a failed marriage on a therapist is not only iniquitous but adolescent at best. Im of the opinion that at some point people need to take responsibility for themselves instead of blaming everyone else. Don’t be swayed.
