Dr. Peet was very professional and knowledgeable about my case. He answered all my questions and concerns in a very detailed way that I appreciated. His supporting team (Claudette, Cindy and Jen) was also very professional and willing to answer my questions. I experienced a very satisfying and enjoyable visit...would recommend this practice to anyone !
Dr. Peet was wonderful as usual. He explains everything in layman's terms. Theresa was also great and made me feel very comfortable. I did however have a problem with the text that you sent multiple times and I replied to except everytime I tried to complete it it would NEVER activate my camera. I tried 6 times and was very frustrating.
Absolutely always a pleasant experience with Dr Kweon, very professional, thorough, caring and kind. God has gifted her in her role and blesses me!

I had a mostly negative experience with this practice. But, I understand that experiences vary greatly from person to person, so feel free to use this information however you see fit.
First and foremost, the doctor I saw was very kind and knowledgeable, so my issue was not with the appointment itself. Rather, their different departments and staff members can only be described as unprofessional, disorganized, and inconsistent.
To keep a long story short, they made a billing error, acknowledged it, and failed to rectify it. This was a months-long process of back and forth phone calls, being given conflicting information, and also being yelled at by an employee over the phone. For reference, I’ve been seeing an eye doctor for 20+ years and have never had an experience like this before. In fact, I was only looking for a new “home base” because my previous eye doctor is in the process of retiring.
Unfortunately, I will never return to this practice due to the sheer stress and frustration they have caused. I would urge anyone to do your own research before making a decision about them and continuing to remain proactive if you see any issues arise.
First time customer. Dr. Peet spoke with integrity and honesty. I did not for one second feel like we were being given a sales pitch. He seemed to care most about what is best for his patient and not the bottom line.
