I have been seeing Dr. Megan Cane for 3 years and find her to be very professional, proficient and patient. I never have a long wait to be seen. She listens to my questions and concerns and sometimes, together we find a solution. I have had no problem with office staff, they promptly take care of my calls and concerns and are kind, professional and pleasant. I get immediate phone calls concerning lab work and reports on tests. She refers me to other specialists when necessary. I am very pleased with the care I receive there.
Such a lovely experience. Out of town from Ga and ran out of refills on my heart meds . Dr Kane and her staff were delightful from the phone call to make the appointment. All of my questions and concerns were answered and satisfied. The visit was in and out but didnt leave me feeling rushed out. The nurses and other office staff were so considerate to my situation with my health and being far from home and the doctor i know. The office space is small and comfortable. The whole process from filling out new patient papers to leaving was maybe 45 minutes and passed very quicky. Dr Kane was friendly and thorough. She listened to what i had to say about my history and my health concerns and options. I thought she was very considerate and that she is someone who genuinely cares about the health and well-being of others.
