Have had no issue with Dr Ramesh Adiraju and I would recommend him for POTS/ dysautomia!

I do not like having to leave reviews like this, but I do feel it’s necessary today.
I was referred by an amazing eye doctor that “ felt bad” I was not making progress or getting the help I needed for a TBI and dysautonomia. He gave me the name of two specialists in NJ and Pa and I chose Dr Adiraju— based on his site and philosophy . at first was very pleased and willing to be patient with his protocol.
I was very grateful and willing to make the trip and saw improvement not necessarily in my numbers, but consistency (and less fluctuation) which was a start as I know all these things take time and it takes a team effort.
After almost two years in his care I believe I need to step away and find a different practitioner as it has gotten impossible to get an answer regarding my medication refills and/or a refill! I had this issue last May 2024 and finally got a prescription from another Dr and this May 2025 I began calling well In advance for my refill voicing my concern and as of August 1 I am still waiting for my prescription- needless to say I do not expect a call back . I called this afternoon during “ regular business hours” only to get the answering machine again. I have on numerous occasions politely pleaded to make some progress.
I have been a loyal Wal mart pharmacy supporter (but I do not shop there ) for years. The staff is more than competent and they have verified sending 3 electronic requests for refills- guaranteeing there isn’t a holdup on their end.
I have an appointment that I made with Dr. Adiraju because I see my numbers rising and knew my med situation, but it is apparent that it is time for me to move on at this point. Being my age and situation I fear it may become a critical matter. I will seek advice from my GP and take the pertinent reports and testing I have elsewhere.

This Physician is amazing. Thanks to his proper diagnosis & running the right tests I am finally on the right medication for autonomic dysfunction & haven't had any severe issues since being under his care.
His understanding & expertise has ended an over decade long hell where I was regularly being termed "crazy," by health professionals.
