It was First time visiting the gynecologist's office. I was a little nervous but the Doctor made me feel very comfortable and I was completely satisfied with my visit.
Five stars to Cora the receptionist who is an absolute darling, personable and so sweet you can see she cares about your needs

My favorite obgyn dr hands down. He’s very patient very accurate and very depth in detailed with everything he does with his clients. I truly wish he still delivered babies but overall he’s a wonderful person and I’m truly happy. He’s my favorite Obgyn and his office staff is awesome as well. She’s always outgoing always so good to my kids. I truly love it here.

I never leave bad reviews but hopefully I can just save another woman’s time and patience seeing as how IMPORTANT our health is. I wish I would’ve listened to the other reviews with similar experiences because it’s been hard enough to find a decent gyno and it seems this office is no different. My first appointment went great as Dr. Kumaratne was very nice and made me feel comfortable and heard. First red flag was no follow up as he was supposed to be calling with test results and also put me on 2 different medications on my first visit. I left voicemails to make an appointment maybe 2-3 months after my initial visit and nobody ever got back to me (2nd red flag). Today will have to be my last time dealing with this office as I called 3 times to make an appointment and was hung up on the first time & put on hold twice after that. Again, I never leave bad reviews but his staff is clearly a driving force behind patients not coming back and it’s disappointing and frustrating how simple communication falls short like this when the staff was hired for that specific reason 🥴

I love my doctor I drive a hour to this facility because I love the customer service. The front desk assistant is nice positive attitude every time never any complaints. The office is clean, and the wait is never long I was referred to this office years ago and been coming here ever since. Doctor Kumaratne is truly the best he’s knowledgeable, always makes me feel cared for, answers my questions and overall great at what he does. I won’t be going anywhere else.
