When we asked some friends about their experiences renovating their kitchens, they told us to choose quality cabinets. We knew our kitchen layout wasn’t ideal and there had to be a way to maximize the space and we wanted an island. Susanne delivered on both quality cabinets and design. She works with a top tier cabinet company. She got us an island and so much more! She was so easy and fun to work with, following our lead and being clear about her recommendations and advice. She took our wants and delivered something far better than we could have imagined! What I loved is that Susanne didn’t rush us, she was patient and sent multiple options of our vision and her expert recommendations. She has a beautiful eye and is so knowledgeable about trends, cabinet types, paint colors, wood types, hardware, etc. She made the process work for us, often coming to our home and sending samples to us! Even if you think you have a good design eye, it’s worth it to reach out to Susanne who will take your vision to the next level! She’s kind, responsive, and committed to your project from beginning to end! I couldn’t recommend this design company more!

Susanne is an amazing designer that captured everything we wanted and more. She was very attentive to our goals for the kitchen and listened to truly understand what we wanted out of the project. The end result? A kitchen that I don’t leave and a master bathroom that feels so luxurious to be in. We couldn’t be any happier with the end result of our project. Even when some curveballs were thrown in, Susanne swooped in and worked with the amazing contractor she recommended to get everything resolved asap! A+++++. From the first time we met Susanne we knew she was the right person for our home remodel. She guided us through the entire process and really listened to what we wanted & what worked with our lifestyle as the homeowners. That was so important to us and in the end we saw our vision come to life! New first floor master bathroom, new mudroom, new kitchen, new appliances, all new lighting, new flooring throughout, everything painted, new doors. We had our entire downstairs remodeled & it was all completed in 3 months! And I must mention it all looks like something out of a magazine!! No hiccups, no bumps in the road, no headaches-just professionalism all the way until the very end.
Susanne was so patient and kind with our million questions and was always available to us day, night or weekend. The workers she chose for us were always on time, reliable, so professional and the craftsmanship was superb. Donny & his crew were AMAZING! And so clean! Seriously, the tidiness at the end of the day blew my mind! We were never left with a huge mess when they were done. We didn’t know what to expect with living through an entire living area remodel (with 2 large dogs) but honestly, it was easy. And I think the reason why is because we had all the right people in place for this job!
These days we tend to hear nothing but horror stories from others who are remodeling but not us. Thrilled we chose Susanne with Noah & Lilly Kitchen Design and I highly recommend her to everyone and anyone! She is the real deal when it comes to this and she knows her job very well. Chris & I are so happy with our home remodel and have contracted Susanne to redo our 2 upstairs bathrooms in the summer/fall ‘23.
