I called on a Friday and they were here on Tuesday morning even with the snow storm happening. The guys were super polite and nice. Answered all my questions and seemed like genuinely good guys. I’ll be having them come out to clean the chimney going forward
The guys were amazing! We called because there was a squirrels' nest on top of our chimney and the chimney needed a new cap. A squirrel had gotten into our house and run under the built-in dishwasher. The guys got right to work figuring out how to get it out. The space was too tight to reach in and get the squirrel so they set a have-a-heart trap with peanut butter and water. Somehow the squirrel managed to avoid the trap and get out from behind the dishwasher. Ultimately, they caught the squirrel and got it outside. It was quite a day and we're really glad the St. John's Chimney team came to our rescue! (and, we are looking forward to the new chimney cap.)
St John installed a wood burning insert in my home. They are responsive, clean and professional. I had several service items shortly after installation, which were handled promptly. St John went above and beyond for me, I would recommend them to anyone.

St.John’s just installed a fireplace insert. John Hannah and the crew did a great job not only installing the insert but keeping everything clean. Post installation they reviewed everything very thoroughly and answered all our questions.
