I would highly recommend Pop Pop’s Plumbing a million times over if I had to. I submitted a message on their website late at night for an issue with my main water line and by the next morning I heard back from them and was able to schedule an appointment. Just so happened an opening had come up and Thomas was able to come the same day. Thomas and his son were extremely professional & honest and explained everything to me so I could understand fully what was going on. Going forward, Pop Pop’s Plumbing is who I’m calling when I need a plumber. I can’t recommend them enough!!

From the initial phone call to the end of our service everything went very well. Tom is super knowledgeable and professional. It's comforting knowing you have a local plumber who can help you out when you need one without being killed when the bill comes. Definitely recommend to anyone in need of a plumber.

Tom and Aiden were wonderful. We woke up to no heat one morning and they came over within minutes of calling them. They were honest, friendly, and kept us informed throughout the entire process of repair. They were quick to answer any questions or concerns that we had and kept everything transparent from the beginning. I called early Sat with a leak and they were here within the hour, fixed the immediate issue and said they'd return Mon as to not incur emergency rates. Tom was thorough, courteous, professional and prompt. I'm very satisfied. Highly recommend him for your plumbing needs. 5 stars!

Tom was an excellent Master Plumber! I had a leak found thru a home inspection and was very worried, because they didn’t know where exactly it was coming from. I found Pop Pop’s Plumbing thru Lacey Chatter, many people had said he was wonderful and they were right. Tom took the time to go thru and check pretty much all of the plumbing in the crawl space and above to pin point what was leaking. This was definitely a big challenge but he did it so calmly and with ease. He was very knowledgeable and explained everything to me, and what he was going to do to remediate the issue and test it to make sure it was fixed. You could tell he had a lot of experience just how he explained everything, that put me at ease. His son is also an apprentice and was working with him. They worked very well together and Tom was explaining to him what and why they were going to do things that certain way. It is great to see a family business bloom and grow. I highly recommend Pop Pop’s Plumbing to anyone who needs a good honest plumber. You can tell he loves his career and takes pride in what he does. He is very reliable and very honest, and also cleans up the mess very nicely. I will definitely recommend him to everyone I know, and use him for my future plumbing needs.
