Our experience with Neal Plumbing was excellent from start to finish. From the time we called they were very friendly, helpful and quickly resolved our issue. A little bit of time to schedule the svc appt ... but no emergency and so no significant problem. The svc visit by "ELVIS" went very well. He promptly diagnosed/repaired an outdoor faucet and a "bad design" for the feeder line needing reinstallation. And for a quite reasonable price for the work that he did. Finally, we are always grateful when service folks take a few minutes extra time to answer all of our questions about other parts of the system
reassuring us that "those issues can wait a little longer before they need repair."
The owner had a Dr appointment in brick and came over right after her appointment. Had someone at my house later that afternoon. The gentleman came in spoke to me and explained what the issue was and what he was going to do to fix it. Was here about an hour... From the start of my nightmare till the finish they have been nice and fast...
I highly recommend Neal Plumbing. This family owned business helped me out this week when I needed a new plumber quickly for a crawlspace project. I did some research and was referred to this local company and they have great reviews. Jon was able to come over the next morning, do an assessment, explain to me what the project was with pipes and drains in the crawlspace, and did the job quickly and efficiently. Well worth the money spent on an unexpected homeowner repair. I will be recommending to family and friends the list of services Neal Plumbing offers on their website like tankless hot water heater install/repairs and want to know more about water filtration systems, so I'll be sure to keep their number on speed dial
