I have no complaints, it's a family oriented social services housing place for people in need of assistance. The people are good, some take awhile as the trust has been broken over the years, but all in all we're all looking for a place to lay our head at night and this is peaceful and comfortable. The maintenance comes not in same day, and that's understandable, the owner has to go and pick him up, but he is great at re-doing all of the rooms. I've lived here for 2 years and I haven't had one complaint and I've seen the rooms after they were redone and I've some of them before the re-doing. I was amazed that it looked that good after. Anyway, this place ain't bad, it's just how ya respond to the service the owners provide. Patience is what ya need. I needed a new bed once, I asked twice about it , 3 months later, he was able to get one for me. Now I had asked again and it was delivered the following 2 days, and these are much more comfortable. If there's anything wrong with the rooms just tell the owner, nice lady, and her Son, both reasonable, and the help will arrive.
Even when they try the make a very basic room comfortable and nice for the customers, this place is still far from having all necessary amenities a person needs, for example a shower. It always was a problem to even get cold water. I just realized when I was leaving that this wasn't just happening to me but other people too when they complained they couldn't get a shower in two days they have been staying there. If they can't offer even that, the service is going to be absolutely poor. Not feeling so willing to come back ever again to this place.
Quite run down, musty mildew smell with a subtle interplay of old cigarette, almost everything busted and broken, cigarette burns all over the comforter, even on the remote, ancient concave mattress, holes in the walls, drywall flaking off, bugs NOT bed bugs but weirdly a lot of bugs. Not the worst motel, but the only one worse I’ve experienced was in the rural bufu flatlands of Colorado. Fair price but this place is definitely a hovel.
My fiancé and I checked into this motel last sunday. We haven't left yet. We are currently in the process of moving out of state which is why we are here. The front office attendants, which I also know to be the owners of the property are very polite. They have amazing customer service skills. They are also willing to work with you and help you in anyway that they can. The room was very nice and clean it has a mini fridge and a microwave. The bed clothes and towels were nice,clean and white.
As far as pricing is concerned the room is worth the price. $50.00 a night for a single and $60.00 a night for a double. As far as my fiancé and I are concerned we are satisfied with the service and room at this establishment. We would visit here again.
This Motel is awesome ,excellent fares and service. They have got a huge parking lot and free wifi , TV with Cable. There service and turn around time is very quick , the guy showed up with in 5 mins to address my issue. The place is quite and clean. I would say its the best option to opt for ... they have got weekly rates (I have got additional discount too) unfortunately not monthly :( , Room has got all the basic stuff one would need .. a micro wave, refrigerator , AC/Heater , TV Cable.. and Standing shower ... I would like to opt this again and again and suggest you to try out your self ..
