The head interior designer, Carrie, was a pleasure to work with, and her positive attitude, combined with her insightful knowledge of kitchens and design helped us create the kitchen of our dreams! Carrie provided exceptional service and guidance in helping me select colors for my home. She was able to help me bring all the colors that I like into a cohesive vision, and made fantastic recommendations for each of the spaces. She also made the process seamless, gathering feedback on what I liked and presenting me with a wide variety of options to choose from. Bucks Home and DIY, Inc exceeded our expectations with her quality and creative design ideas and top notch customer service. She brought my dream kitchen to life while introducing unique details I didn't even know I needed. She worked closely with me throughout the entire process and relieved a lot of the usual kitchen remodel stressors by seamlessly coordinating my cabinet, appliance, floor tile, and backsplash orders during the construction process. Will and his team re-did my kitchen and front stairs. They did a beautiful job installing the new flooring, electric, lighting, appliances and cabinets. They also cleaned at the end of each day they were here and it made living with the construction a lot easier. The finishing is well-done on everything that was installed and it’s clear they really care about making things perfect instead of just doing it the easiest way. The project ended a little ahead of schedule and I think it was a combination of technical know-how and just really solid work ethic that allowed for that.
Will is extremely easy to talk to and was flexible about adding and adjusting things during the project, which I really appreciate because things always seem to change a bit from the initial plan and need refinement. He also has better pricing another contractor I used on other parts of the house. There are a lot of horror stories out there about contractors, so definitely want to give credence to someone who is giving the profession a good name.
