Beautiful store. Nice and clean with excellent service
The store is new and very clean. I stopped in to look for some summer clothes on clearance for my 3-month-old ahead of an upcoming trip. One of the store associates was friendly and helpful—she showed me around and we had a pleasant conversation.
Unfortunately, my experience took a negative turn as I was preparing to leave. Another associate approached and leaned in to look into my stroller under the pretense of seeing my baby. While nothing was said explicitly, the interaction felt intrusive and unnecessary (she never asked to see my child) especially considering I hadn’t found anything in my child’s size and wasn’t making a purchase.
As someone who is very aware of how profiling can manifest, the situation left me feeling uncomfortable and unwelcome. I understand that trust is an issue in this community, but it raises questions about the intent behind placing a store in this area in the first place. I hope this feedback is taken as a reminder of the importance of treating all customers with the same level of respect and consideration.
Very clean & organized store, I really appreciated the coloring table that kept my toddler occupied while I browsed the store, there was also a spot to play tic tac toe.
The cashier Brittany was very helpful and gave my toddler extra coloring paper. I dread going into stores with my kids, but I will definitely return with them.
