This location is really nice! Well kept and clean. Much better than the mall location it hailed from originally. I am happy to see much of the original staff if not all was retained. They're good people who take the time to give a disabled person a hand when they are permitted to by Bath and Body Works store rules. I am over all much happier coming in to this location. The parking is much better for me with my ambulatory issue's. There is good walking space in between the table's where I don't bump into anything. Over all an enjoyable experience! I'm happy to bring my business here!
I had to come write my review after the sale I just swept up!! They had a $4.95 for full size and mini sized, body scrubs, perfumes and lotions. I’ll insert photos. Before I get there, when I walked in staff immediately greeted me. Although it’s somewhere with many scents it’s not overwhelming I smelled one in particular a calm warm vanilla Shea butter vibe. Even though I spoke to the employees and they told me because of the sale they had more orders than staff could fathom. They still packed me my orders that weren’t ready and my mom’s! Everybody has good customer service etiquette. Patient and get the job done💗
I got almost $120 worth of sets for free essentially because I had $60 in gift cards!
I can't see how this place has low reviews. every staff member is very friendly. they are welcoming and nice to my toddler. they are well stocked. helpful to find items. five stars. I think its some of the "shoppers" that are the problem...
