For as rundown, as the mall is, this store is still somehow hanging on! The staff do an excellent job at keeping the place clean, keeping the riffraff out, keeping up with their sales and overall just being kind and polite to the customers.
I frequently walk through here to get to the massage place that’s located within the mall. And I cannot help but stop and look through the clearance section, and usually buy something! 🥰 I’m not really wanting to shop full price items, I tend to wait for things to go on sale or clearance and their clearance section is wonderful!
If you need school clothes, they tend to have a wide variety, including uniforms that are appropriate for the Waterbury school system!
My husband also purchased my wedding ring set from JCPenney, thankfully, we opted for the lifetime warranty. As we have had an ongoing situation with one of the diamonds repeatedly falling out, thankfully, JCPenney honors their warranty, fixes it and send it back in a timely manner! I really enjoy shopping at the store!
Very fair prices. Modern clothing. My only issue is that there is not a large selection of men's clothes.
They had a problem with the cards to make payments, debit and jcpenney cards.
Ivanna from Jewlery was very professional i helping me to find a lost protection plan for my jewelry. She contacted the property department and resolved the issue pretty quickly. She is definitely the definition of customer service.
This location was really nice!
The makeup area (jcpenny beauty)was clean.. and the girl working today was very nice! She was very helpful and she was not only helping us but another customer with ease!
