J&I Mason and Garden Supply

I just had an outdoor fireplace built. The stones were from J and I masonry and they were beautiful. Brian has a very large selection of stones there. He was very helpful. It’s nice that they were local because if/when I needed more material, it didn’t take long to get it. The guys did a fantastic job from start to finish. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND using them. They also offer great ideas. Thank you very much Brian!

We had spent some time shopping for decorative landscape river rock at several different places before coming to J&I Masonry and Garden Supply in Carmel.
None even came close to providing the friendly and knowledgeable customer service that Brian and his crew did.
They took the time to answer every question we had, showed us every possible stone option and samples for our project, and gave us a price which was much better than any we had previously received.

The promised delivery was right on time, and his installation crew worked tirelessly in the recent extreme heat, and couldn’t have done a more meticulous job!

Given the usual mundane quality of today’s typical customer service and the unfortunately lowered expectations that come with it , we were absolutely astounded that such an exemplary shopping experience still existed.
