Everyone at the store is knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. I so appreciate the customer service that I got from Michael S. The day of the Turkey Ride on November 16, he helped me purchase some gloves to ride with (on that cold, windy day) and helped me purchase the right Garmin tool for my bike so that I could have turn-by-turn directions without having to look at my phone. He was so kind and helpful! He explained everything to me in detail and helped me to be more knowledgeable and have a more enjoyable bike ride. I so appreciate his efforts! Thank You Mike!

Jesse explained everything clearly, from fit and features to maintenance tips, and even made adjustments so the ride felt just right. The entire process was smooth, honest, and never rushed. . Before we left, Jesse made sure we knew how to maintain the new bike properly and recommend a follow-up bike adjustment after the first few rides. The new bike rides perfectly, Highly recommend!
I recently had a precision bike fit done by Jonathan and I was incredibly surprised by the difference it made. I’ve been riding for the better part of 25 years and never had a proper bike fit. I felt I had things dialed in. After purchasing a new bike I felt I owed it myself to finally get a proper fit. I first rode the bike for a month with my usual fit and figured I’d see some basic improvement. After a thorough review of posture, biomechanics, and riding goals, Jonathan found the perfect balance between power and comfort. The bike felt completely different and I was able to ride longer with more power and no discomfort. And yes, I regret not having done this many years ago.
Brought in a new bike I had ordered online with a lot of play in the headset/tube. Jonathan recommended an overhaul for a very fair price and had the repair completed the same day. Great service, friendly and knowledgeable!
