We bought two Bulls e-mtb from Chris. He understood our needs, what we were looking for and after some “bla bla bla” he told us his suggestions. And… we could try all the different bike that he had in his shop! The bikes were delivered to us on time with a perfect set up. So, if you have to buy an e-bike, go to Chris, have a chat with him and you will find the bike you are looking for.

Let me start off by saying that CC Electric Cycles provides the best customer service that I have ever dealt with. Chris sat down with me while I described what I was looking for in a bike. He found the bike that fit me perfectly and was exactly what I was looking for. I knew nothing about Ebikes. Chris sat down with me and educated me on what I needed to know.
I havent ridden a bike in over 20 years so to say I was rusty is an understatement. Chris patiently worked with me to make sure that I was safe and even followed me out to the main road to ensure that I would get home safely.
If you are a novice who knows nothing about ebikes or an advanced expert rider with experience, Chris will find the ebike that is perfect for you! After doing research for about 3 months, I bought my first e-bike from Chris, an IGO Bonnaventure. There are many reasons I'd recommend buying from Chris over other local retail shops. He has a great selection of bikes with a wide price range and is very knowledgeable about the advantages or drawbacks of one over another. During my buying experience, Chris was very responsive and honest in answering any questions I had. We took a few out on test rides and he was happy to let that continue until I had a comfort level with the bike that appealed most to me. Because I didn't have a car hitch and rack, he offered to drive it from Boonton to Verona for me on his rack.
