I recently bought a new bicycle helmet. Bicycle Tech had helmets at different price points so I could select one within my budget and a variety of colors to keep my riding style coordinated. I also learned what those MIPS stickers mean on many new helmets. Friendly service and conveniently open on Sunday.

Rich was great to chat with, clearly knew what he was doing and talking about, and helped me out even though I just stopped in without notice. I appreciate that he took the time to fix me up when he was obviously plenty busy and I would definitely recommend this bike shop. I will be back for any future issues.

Chris is amazing. We’ve gotten multiple bikes from his shop and he is always so helpful when we return for fixes. This weekend I stopped in and he fixed the bike in two minutes. Definitely recommend.

The Best Bike Shop in Morris County !! As a cyclist for over 3 decades, I would like to thank the owner and staff at Bicycle Tech for their continued great service to our community. This shop is a true gem. Their staff is knowledgeable, and their products are top tier. I remember during the pandemic this shop was our saving grace :) The owner suggested some amazing riding paths for our family. I can't thank him enough for these memories. It is always a pleasant experience whether i am purchasing a new bike or dropping off bikes to be serviced. They never disappoint, just last week they managed to service 5 bicycles in two days on top of their busy schedule. Amazing customer service and just a chill experience overall!

His approach is thorough, organized, and detail-oriented. He takes the time to walk you through every step of the process. As someone new to the cycling world, I truly appreciated how he helped me understand the journey of growing within the hobby and thoughtfully guided me in selecting the right first bike based on my needs and goals.

Additionally, I want to thank Chuck, who generously spent nearly an hour on the phone with me discussing potential bike options and answering all my questions. His willingness to share insights and provide guidance early on made a big difference in my shopping experience.

I’m also incredibly grateful to Gabby, who assisted me with my transactions. I encountered some initial billing issues, and Gabby handled them with patience and persistence until everything was fully resolved. Her dedication to customer service did not go unnoticed.
