Denis is one of the best bike mechanics in the USA. He and his wife both have great knowledge of e-bikes and are a great store to go to. They are very nice and honest and are great to deal with as well. I definitely recommend them as a great store to go to if you want to buy an Ebike or need any kind of service on any type of bicycle.
Dennis and his team did an excellent job fixing my teenage son’s e-bike that I originally bought on Amazon. The repair was quick, efficient, and very reasonably priced. Dennis was knowledgeable and honest, and I really appreciated how smoothly the whole process went. After this experience, I’d definitely recommend this shop to anyone - and honestly, I wish I had just bought the bike from them in the first place. It would’ve saved time and money compared to fixing up a cheap online purchase.
Had a great experience at V.C. I came from Staten Island, to have my Ebike rear wheel motor replaced. And Boss man expedited my service... I didn't get the name of the young gentleman that actually did the repair. But they got it done fast! And the price was VERY reasonable. Thank you fellas soo much for great customer service!!!!!
Excellent Customer Service and very knowledgeable. Denis is absolutely a guru when it comes to EV Bikes and Bikes in general. Thinks outside the box and always willing to help no matter how small the issue is.
We've bought our son an EV Bike and when he had some problems with rear wheel I took to bike to Denis to see if he can help. Honestly, I thought I can fix it myself, I tend to be pretty good at these things, I do, however, know my limitations. Dennis had the right tools and of course knew much more than me to help solve the rear ball bearing problem.

Had a truly amazing brilliant experience home/mobile visit with Denis from Voltaire Cycles.
