Came here to get bike fixed and here’s my experience:
First off, the owner Mr. Chuck has amazing customer service, very pleasant to converse with and very knowledgeable in his expertise.
Not only did he take my bike in as soon as I got there… it was completed before his estimated time (quoted over the phone). When it was done he explained some issues on my bike and fixed minor issues he saw at no cost.
On another note, store is a bit tight especially with the inventory of bikes and other biking accessories. Nevertheless, presents to be well organized and clean.
My recommendation is to call if you have any questions. Any biking needs, this is the place to be!
I stopped in here to get a repair done on my bicycle and not only Chuck get to it immediately, but also didn’t charge me! Even though it was something as simple as a warped rotor, the principle of him not charging me is absolutely amazing! Moving forward any repairs I need done or my friends need done will be coming here 100%
You sincerely do not find genuine people and/or repair shops like this these days as they’re almost unheard of but Little did you know there’s one right around the corner from your house. ChuckNRoll Bikes for the HUGE WIN 🙏👍
Chuck is a master at his craft. If you are in the Bayonne or Jersey City area, there is absolutely no better place to go for all things bike related. We picked up two bikes recently and couldn't be happier about the purchases and the service.
ChucknRoll is the best! Easy to get to from Manhattan and central Jersey. Bought my Mondraker, upgraded my brakes and handle bar from Chuck. Very fast turnaround happy with the service. 5 star! Will go back for more upgrades!
