Excellent experience!
I called ClearCom as we had been struggling to get the most out of our existing 8-10 year old smart tv, speakers, etc. had just cancelled Comcast/Xfinity as well as hooked up to Apple TV and nothing was working correctly / no sound out of speakers. So you can see, we were a mess.
Paul came in and within 45 minutes had us up and running so much better than we were before and helped in ways we didn’t expect with how the tv was mounted, securing cables, providing advice.
A big one too is that he set up wireless tv headphones (which will help in my home relationship ☺️).
When we decide to upgrade we will definitely call Paul.
So happy with the job Paul was able to complete for us. We have a speaker system almost 25 years old, Paul was able to figure it out and install a brand new, great sounding, Sonos wired speaker system for our outside around our porch. Great work and fast! Highly recommended!!
Paul and his partner did an expert job installing my new TV and sound bar and setting up my streaming services. He explained everything and there are many choices so the process can seem overwhelming. I wish I had gone to streaming and using a smart TV sooner. It is simple once you understand it and Paul makes it easy. I highly recommend him.
I would highly recommend ClearCom. I recently bought a home in Somerset County with a ton of equipment already in it - which I didn’t have a ton of education on. Paul was willing to go through everything with me and explain what was going on with my system - something the original installer wanted to charge me a hefty fee just to walk in the door (after not returning my calls). Paul was great to work with - from the original consultation, giving me several options during the proposal stage and finally installing some updated equipment for me. He was always available for questions and made it very clear upfront that he wasn’t trying to make a quick buck. ClearCom earned a customer for life!
We did a lot of research after deciding to finally get a new TV/audio system. I knew that we needed someone who would dismantle the mess we had - old receiver, dead DVD player and speakers, what seemed like miles of wires and cords - and set us up with a simple, clean system. We also needed to get advice for a video doorbell and secondary camera (probably the last on our block!). Paul was so helpful and patient and made intelligent recommendations. His work was impeccably neat and he patiently explained all the new electronics to me and he and Joe cleaned up before they left. Great experience!
