Based on my recent experience with Kolari Vision, I can atteest that the customer service is top notch.
I had placed an order for an infrared modified camera with them to take on an upcoming trip but I must have accidentally placed the item in my cart twice. Shorty after, I received the order confirmation email with invoice showing 2 cameras were ordered!
I called them and spoke with a lady who cancelled the order for second camera and issued a refund back to my card....... she was completely understanding and professional.
Good customer service service seems to be a rare thing today but my dealings with Kolari Vision were well beyond the norm.
( I wish there were a 10 star rating because 5 is not enough) !

I’ve known of the problem of my Leica m9 for over a year, having done my research I’ve heard only good things about Kolari vision I’ve reached out and they were very helpful and gave me the right advice now I’ve got my camera back after full sensor replacement and they’ve brought my camera back as good as new. Only wish I’ve acted sooner and will definitely recommend them to anyone who wants to get his Leica m9 back to life.

I had a IR cut Lense go bad in the my older Blackmagic Design Studio 4k G1 camera. Kolari was so easy to work with and quickly responded to my emails. They made sure I got the right replacement lense. It was a great price and it shipped in 10 days. Great service. I know I will be coming back when the 2nd BM camera lense goes bad. Thank Kolari for saving my Camera.

This was so unexpected, my item arrived lightening fast the shipping was so on point. The product was packaged beautifully and arrived with all the tools needed for installing it. It installed easier than the online guides “which were already easy”. I was debating trying to save a few bucks going with a cheaper option for my IR filter on my BMPCC 4K or spend 3x the amount at a local repair shop. Super glad I found this brand, it was high quality and fast and affordable. You won’t be let down. Thanks for the great product, and great customer service responding to my questions. I’ll be back if needed without question! In a matter of days I went from trying to clean a sensor and realized it was messed, learned what a IR filter is, found options, ordered this and popped it in all within days, would be faster then local repair. Cheers!

I got my Canon EOS R modified to full spectrum, and picked up the IR chrome and Hot Mirror drop-in filters—could not be happier with my new set up. I have previously had two other cameras modified by Kolaro to shoot at 720nm and 550nm which I loved, but the flexabilty to drop in adapters is already a total game changer. Kolari got my order turned around and shipped out in - few days which was icing on the cake. You’ve got a customer for life
