Granmarb, Inc. Quartz, Marble & Granite Countertops

Gran Marb is an outstanding company owned by husband-and-wife Giovanni and Christina. They go above and beyond to make their customers happy. They love their job! In addition to showing you all the samples of quartz they have in their showroom, they also took us outside to their company yard to show us all the different styles they have worked on. I had an idea of what we wanted. Christina gave us a list of nearby large manufacturer’s showrooms to show us the slabs up close. We made an appointment with the company Cambria, and told them the name of the quartz that we were interested in. Not only did they show us the one we picked, but similar ones that we might like. I chose Swanbridge which was one of the extra ones they showed us. I called Christina and told her we needed it in a few weeks to meet the deadline of when our cabinets were going to be refinished. She immediately sent the installer Jairo to remove our old countertop and Frank to measure the space to install the quartz slab. He did it very scientifically by laser. The installer Jairo came back to put the old countertop back on until the new one was installed.
Christina was able to get the quartz delivered to GranMarb and cut by her husband Giovanni ahead of schedule. There was enough quartz left over to put behind our stove. It came out beautiful. It fit perfectly. Their installer Jairo is outstanding. We called him our “hero”. He paid attention to every minute detail and would not leave until everything was perfect! He also installed our backsplash and painted our kitchen. Everything came out stunning! He also made a little quartz shelf under my kitchen window.
Christina, Giovanni, Jairo the installer, Frank, Tommy and the rest of the GranMarb staff make you feel like part of their family. I highly recommend them and give them 5+ stars! I am so happy I found this company!

We worked with Tom from Granmarb and can not say enough wonderful things about him and the Granmarb team! They were professional from the moment we walked in to the moment the slabs were delivered and installed. The installation was professional and perfectly done! They were respectful and clean during installation. Tom was also great at communication about when everything was getting delivered. They did our whole kitchen and our mud room and we would definitely go back with other projects!

I would not hesitate to recommend Giovanni, Christina and Tom from Granmarb to anyone looking for fabricators for their countertops! Not only were their price very reasonable, they were very flexible about the process and very accommodating. I had an issue of not being sure about having enough material for my countertops. Granmarb was willing to work with me to see if I had enough material before purchasing an extra slab. The whole process was flawless and the quality countertops are second to none. I have three small seams you can barely see, and Giovanni worked with me to ensure that the very best parts of the stone were showcased. Their whole team was very professional from start to finish and my countertops are now the show piece of the kitchen.

I can't speak highly enough about Granmarb. Tom was amazing. He provided a level of customer service you often don't see anymore. He went above and beyond to make sure we got the quartz we wanted at the price we could afford. I couldn't go in to see their supply so he faced time me and spent over an hour showing me some of the large selection they had. Tom really took his time educating me on the types of surface tops out there and which would best suit our needs. He was 5 stars all around. Tom also had us installed in just two weeks. The gentleman who came out to measure was very professional and used high tech lasers to measure our counter tops to the millimeter. I was very impressed. Likewise the team who installed the top were professional and did an amazing job. Thank you Tom and all the lovely team at Granmarb, you guys are a breath of fresh air.

Had a great experience working with Giovanni from GranMarb. He is very personable and friendly. He helped me get a great counter top for my kitchen at a very reasonable price. I really appreciated the responsiveness and valued the back and forth communication. They were very flexible with schedules and worked with me. The work itself was done fast and clean. The two installers were very polite and answered all my questions. Left everything clean and neat.
