Person on the other end of the phone for customer service was not exactly in the mood to help. Felt like a "So, what do you want me to do about it..." type attitude. Not a real delightful experience. If you don't like working somewhere, leave... but don't take it out on your clients.
Unfortunately, they're the closest location (within 25 mins). The next closest location is 66 miles away so I'm stuck for the time being.
Respiratory therapist very helpful by explaining and demonstrating C-pap equipment. Their resupply of equipment is poor. Erratic times for shipments. Telephone operators unable to access orders or delivery times. Poor customer service all around. Have had to call multiple times to get "automatic" shipments sent.
