First time going to this dry cleaner, I haven't even picked up my things and I already know I won't go back. I brought in a comforter and a ball gown. The woman said i had to pay for the comforter bill up front. I said why? What if I am not happy with the the service? She said oh then we'll clean it again. Fine, I let that one go. She gave me the price for cleaning the ball gown, and i said great, it was pricey but it is a large garment. She just called me now, a day later to tell me the price is doubled. DOUBLED! I politely told her not to have the dress cleaned I know I can have it cleaned cheaper somewhere else. Very frustrated and very inconvenient.
