I stopped in today to have a pull in a brand new sweater fixed. Apparently this was a simple fix because they offered to mend it on the spot. It took about one minute, and when I went to pay, they told me there would be no charge. I've used the seamstress a couple of times, and have always been impressed with her work, but even more so today to have done this quick fix so generously. My 2-year-old daughter was with me and they were also so kind and so interactive toward her. I wish all businesses offered such a pleasant experience, and I will certainly make a point to send others their way.
Dependable, knowledgeable staff that treats you like family. Monique and Irene are the absolute best. Personalized service and they go the extra mile. Monique sees me pulling in and has my clothes ready when I walk in. Irene is an extremely talented seamstress and has helped me out of more than a few wardrobe emergencies. My clothes are handled with care and cleaned perfectly every time. I would highly recommend the Shelton Minute Men Cleaners.
I was recommended to this place by a friend who just got married for alterations. The lady has years of experience for doing alterations for bridesmaids dress from what I was told. She is very nice as well as the rest of the staff. They're reasonably priced for alterations and can do them quickly too!! I found a great dry cleaners that I will use and pass along!
