They went above and beyond for me- not only printing everything on short notice, but she organized it, put it in binders, and separated out the copies. I always come here for my printing and scanning needs, including digitizing large items such as blueprints that I can’t scan at home.
Randy is fantastic. He is quick to respond and super knowledgeable about the Canon Image Runner he set up at our law office. The copier is a complete office machine that does everything we need at lightning speed. It copies and scans. It will print our evidence and documents, inserting exhibit and page numbers, saving our staff hours of tedious administrative time. It collates and staples if we need. The copies and scans are flawless. I would comment on AVPs service skills, but in over 2 years, we have not needed to make one service call. The copier is a beast. It has saved us time which is money and makes the entire staff much more efficient. I highly recommend calling Randy for your printer and printing needs.
My old Kyocera multi-function machine stopped working and I called Randy about a new machine. He installed a new Canon multi-function machine the next day and took away the old giant Kyocera. My new Canon does everything my old machine did but this fits on a desktop and was only 1/10 the cost! It has not needed toner yet and I have been using it for an entire year! Awesome service and great products - you can't beat it!! 5 stars all the way...
