It is very important how a customer feels when they arrive at An Auto Body shop! The anxiety in which you are in because of whatever occurred can be very overwhelming! I can say that I was immediately put at ease and the assurance of being taken care was from the beginning to the end! Michelle was wonderful in her communications to me (texts, cellphone and emails) and explained everything! I was in good hands. James also was clear on the replacement of my bumper and fog light… and very accommodating. No hiccups. Stephanie was very helpful in my pickup when all was completed. My 2005 MB ML350 SUV (referred to as Old Betsy) was restored and looking great ! Byron” s Patterson Auto Body I would absolutely recommend and do appreciate their establishment! Top notch! Thank you!
A deer darted out in front of me and did quite a bit of damage to my beautiful Lexus. Patterson Auto Body did a phenomenal job repairing my car. It looks brand new. Their work is superb. The owner is wonderful, so is his staff. The shop is beautiful and so clean. My car was detailed impeccably. I am so happy. I highly recommend Patterson Auto Body. They go over and beyond your expectations.
I was unfortunately involved in an accident with my truck. Bryon’s was conveniently partnered with my insurance company and are close to home for me. From start to finish, they were a pleasure to work with. Super professional staff, awesome manager in the front, and their workmanship was stellar. I couldn’t believe how great the repairs came out considering the damage they were working with. The owner is a great man and you can tell he truly values you as a customer and takes the time to talk to you personally and address any concerns or needs/requests. You don’t feel like just a number to them. He has a great group of workers, that’s for sure! They’ve made me a customer for life.
I took my 2021 Veloster N for a rear Bumper repair and it came out like new and it blended so good with old panels that you couldn’t see the difference. Someone rear ended my car and Jim Byron was able to get me 2 quotes, one for aesthetics repair and other for whole bumper replacement and after removing bumper I needed a new one . the bumper was ordered ASAP and it took 2 days to paint and install the bumper. Other places couldn’t find the bumper and they wanted about the same price or a little more . Thank you Jim Byron and his staff for a pleasant customer experience and for being able to expedite the repair. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to do any Autobody work or rent a car if you need one. it’s an all in one place for any car needs .
