Sadly was told on the morning of 11/5/25 that they don't do same day or even next morning dry cleaning even after offering extra money, which is understandable, but my issue is that they post here and on their door an opening time of 7:30AM, and I arrived at 7:15AM (as I needed a jacket done before 10AM the next day) and saw no movement inside and the open sign didn't go on until 7:45AM. At that point the gentleman unlocked the door and told me he couldn't help me, even with an entire business day and following morning from 730-10 where they could've easily dry cleaned the jacket.

Again, understandable, but the fact I had to wait for them to open after their advertised opening time and was willing to give them more than 24 hours to dry clean my jacket for as much extra money was necessary, but was still told they could not help me, was very disappointing.

Great customer service and the owner is very welcoming and nice. This is the best tailor shop in the area.

We have regularly been using this place since we moved in the neighborhood 3 years ago. Mediocre service, we had to have then rewash pants/shirts a couple of times
Because they weren't properly cleaned. I also had them alter a pair of pants and the they had to redo the modification because the thread ( they did)was coming loose on the pants. Today, I went in to pick up a shirt and a pair of pants that I had dropped off last week. I ALWAYS pay the man when I drop off clothes this way if I have to send someone else to pick up, everything is paid for. Last ti.e I dropped off clothes I paid as I always do but he didnt give me the slip as he usually did. I noticed I was missing the slip 5min after I left,but I didn't make anything of it since I used his services often. Today when I went to pick up my pants/shirt he had me repay saying that he didn't mark the clothes as paid.. I told him I always paid and he insisted I didn't. So I repaid amd told him he just lost a customer over $10.55. It's not about the $10.55, as a business owner myself I know it's nice to be paid in advance, but I would never try to pull something like this on my customers, especially over 10$. I hope he enjoys them because those 10$ just cost him a regular customer. As a kicker I just took out of the bag the shirt they washed last time... it still has a stain on it... this was not the first time they didn't clean them right, and this is the very reason I stated their services are mediocre..

I have had a great experience with them. I brought two blouses to them with stains that the last dry cleaners I went to said could not be removed. They were able to remove both of those stains and overall, did a great job cleaning everything I brought them.

I also had stains on the shirt that are hidden when you wear it and have been there awhile, so I didn't ask for those to be removed, but they took the extra time to do it anyway.

They went above and beyond expectations. I highly recommend White Hills Cleaners!
