I don't often have need of a dry cleaner so when I did I was so happy to have found Tide cleaners in Oxford. I recently had my wedding dress cleaned and boxed, just great customer service, very personable, and great customer communication. I highly recommend this dry cleaners.

The staff has always been courteous and helpful. I recently brought in a denim dress and a jacket both if which had to get redone because the stain did not originally come out. To my surprise the jacket with the ink spots CAME OUT BEAUTIFUL!
I was looking for a company to take pride and responsibility for doing a good job and I think I found one. The staff was polite and attentive. Turnaround time was about 2 days and my clothes look like new! My blazers looked and felt so crisp and fresh, like the staff really cared about my clothes. Prices are reasonable and I don't mind as long as service is good. I also like the fact that that they do alterations and I can't wait to use that service.
