Atlantic Health Urgent Care at Ledgewood

I was very impressed, everyone from the moment you enter was pleasant and professional. Lori was my provider and she was efficient, caring, and took her time to explain and discuss everything. Tammy took my xray and was also fabulous! Made my visit a pleasant experience.

Scheduling an appointment and completing paperwork on line was extremely easy. I was met by Ruth who was the receptionist on duty. It was a Thursday at 7pm and she was delightful. Greeted with a smile, kind demeanor and effecient check in. There were few in the waiting room so we sat and chatted while I waited.for my appt. Nurse was kind and gentle. Saw a Physicians Assistant who was thorough with a great bedside manner. I had a terrific experience, even though I wasnt feeling well,.I felt better after going to this facility.

My name is David and, after being sick for a week, I decided to go to urgent care today.
I have been there before, many times for myself and my son Nicholas, but today was the first time that I was truly impressed by the place.
Ruth was at reception. She was pleasant and friendly and helpful. I do apologize cause I only remember Ruth’s name because she had a name tag and I’m old. Lol
And then the young nurse practitioner who helped me in the pre-examination room, I think her name began with a B, was empathetic and compassionate. Although only in the business for five years, she seemed like a well experienced nurse practitioner. Friendly and understanding.
And then, in the exam room with the doctor, Lori, She was incredible. She didn’t just ask questions to pass time. She kept your eye contact and listened and asked the right questions And was Sincerely interested in what I had to say And I could see that she listened intently
Although I am sick and felt like crap all week, even going there, I didn’t feel good, these three ladies made me feel comfortable and At ease.
I said I have been here many times before, but this is the first time that I felt compelled to leave a review.
I wish I could remember the all their names, but I’m sure they will see this and they will know who they are. I just wanna say thank you.

I had two recent visits to the Ledgewood location. The staff is very professional from the front desk to the doctors. The wait time was reasonable. The medical assistants were skilled at their jobs and I felt well taken care of. Dr Erica and Dr Maryann were very attentive and I felt comfortable with their diagnosis and my care. I even called back with questions I forgot to ask Dr Erica at the time I was there and she answered them. This is a good urgent care. I definitely would go back.
