Dr. Bigelsen is amazing. My issue wound up not being an allergy but he took the time to sit and talk through my symptoms and give his advice on what my next steps should be. I really appreciate feeling seen and him taking the time to listen. I would 100% recommend, thank you!
Dr. Bigelsen is kind, patient, and thorough. He takes his time to explain things to you, goes through multiple possibilities, and listens to you. But he seems very busy with patients. I was not able to solve my breathing issue but it wasn't his fault. He also offers different kinds of tests like breathing and allergy. There is a labcorp on site for bloodwork which is super convenient. The front desk ladies, the nurse, the lab corp tech, and the other staff up front (not behind the desk) are all friendly and will help you. I'd recommend this location if youre looking for an allergist.
Took our 7 year old Daughter in to see Dr. Bigelsen ans we could not be happier. He was very professional and took extra time to make sure he explained everything to us and that we understood what he was saying. Everyone from the front desk, his Nurse, and the lab tech were excellent!!
Dr. Bigelsen is fantastic. You can tell he is extremely passionate about what he does and cares about his patients. He takes the time to thoroughly explain everything in detail and never makes you feel rushed. He is one of the best!
One of the best drs I’ve ever had. I went in for both asthma and allergy symptoms. I now get weekly allergy shots at his office. Both him and his staff are amazing! You can truly tell he loves what he does and the well-being of his patients. He takes the time to explain everything so there’s no confusion. He’s gave me samples of medications which was great to avoid prescription costs. I had a small billing issue which was more my insurance fault than anything else. 10/10 HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!
