Its a beautiful place for family get together and picnic in summer time. Parking was free until 06/01/2024 & enough.
Park was clean and also authority was polite to us.
I loved this place and i will go there, whenever i got time.
Even fishing was open on summer.
Very accommodating scheduling a private visit. A well curated local history museum. Brought back many memories of my youth. Martin is a knowledgeable docent and has great passion toward the lake and its past glory days as a great American resort. Martin literally wrote the book on Lake Hopatcong history. Highly recommended
Plenty of parking. Boat ramp is not too crowded in early spring Saturday in April. Summer time it is a zoo. Plenty of BBQ grills. Small mountain park next to beach gives u nice view. Plenty of sun fish to keep kids busy in summer.
