Shawn was on time and fixed both leaks which needed special equipment. Polite plumbers came within 2 hours of me calling. I am super pleased as this was an emergency.
The Polite Plumber experience was 5 star all around. From setting up the appointment to estimate to the quality of work was exceptional. Everyone was polite and kind, they seem happy to be working for you. The front office set me at ease from her first words through the work required and date and time setup and process. The numbers were very experienced, happy to describe the problem and required fix, they wrote up an estimate with good detail and their workmanship was exceptional. The office was super quick in setting up follow up work and staffing the work for immediate completion. Kind, courteous, hard working, high quality workmanship, very fair pricing, friendly and polite thru every phase. My go to plumbing company now.
We had a broken shower valve cartridge, therefore we couldn’t turn our water on. Polite Plumber sent Kyle out right away, and he arrived promptly and had it fixed in no time. It was even more impressive that the issue was resolved on a Sunday evening. He was professional, efficient, and friendly throughout the process. We’re so grateful for the fast service and would definitely recommend Polite Plumber (and Kyle!) to anyone in need of reliable plumbing help.
I installed a leak detector valve and discovered some leaks that would have caused the new valve to automatically shut the water to the entire home. I called the Polite Plumber and a technician- Kyle showed up within an hour. Kyle is personable, good communicator and highly skilled. He completed the job within 2 hours and all is as good as can be. I'd be remiss if I did not mention the politeness and responsiveness of the office personnel.
