We had a clogged up kitchen sink and needed some help in a hurry. Zeek Plumbing was responsive, professional and courteous. They showed up on time and got the job done quick and easy, cleaning out the brillo pad and grease that had made a mess of our pipes. Many thanks to Bill and the Zeek Plumbing team for their service. I would definitely recommend.

Needed to replace my water heater because mine was rusted and leaking on the bottom. Called up Zeek Plumbing and Matt was able to get me an estimate very quickly via pictures that was very reasonable. I booked the appointment and they were able to come out the very next morning to replace the water heater. Brandon and Bill are amazing and both so sweet. They got the job done well and in a timely manner. They cleaned up all the mess even though I was fine if they didn't, and answered all questions I had very professionally.

This is the second time I have used Zeek, and both times I was impressed by the professionalism of this company. Every detail was attended to, and when they schedule your appointment, you can trust that they will be there on time. They work quickly and if they need something unexpected, they'll run and buy it and come back and finish the work the same day. I've tried multiple other plumbers, but this is the only company I've found to be 100% dependable and so highly skilled. In the past, I've taken off from work to be home for a plumber that ends up being no call, no show, or the appointment has to be rescheduled multiple times, or they come and do part of the job, then you wait for weeks for them to come back. Zeek is not like that. They make sure they get the correct information about the work first, then they order parts as needed, and then they schedule the job. The first time, I had a lot of parts replaced in master bath shower. That job involved cutting through irreplaceable tile, which was done beautifully, and he had to run to buy a new tile cutter because the one he was using burned out. He worked all day without a break. The other plumber fixed a leak inside a wall, where during construction, a nail had gone through the pipe, and every time my washer ran, it was slowly dripping.
This time, in six hours, they replaced two bathroom faucets (and ran to a plumbing supply store for smaller than standard couplings needing to be replaced), replaced a shower head, three toilets that had worn out flushing assemblies and a toilet seat, tightened the kitchen faucet which had gotten completely loose, and replaced a hose bibb that went through concrete wall. After the work was done, they even put all our stuff back inside cabinets and cleaned up very nicely. You may find less expensive plumbers, but it's unlikely you will get the same level of quality and service elsewhere.

As always, amazingly professional, kind, and concerned. Zeek has been my go to for 17 years. Zeek did all the work on my rebuilt 'new' house. Their intial install was exact, and the services we have needed were due to kids flushing stuff and work that was for use problems. I... Me... messed up water softener and needed pressure chexk on an upstairs shower. Shower fixed directly, water softener, plan in place and moving forward from my screw up. To have a company address, fix, and plan solutions on site is a direct tune to having the best working in your house.
Direct office connect, amazing. What is really important, the office and techs are in direct connection. Any time K was in my house, he knew the system, and quickly addressed. This is a professional company that values customers. They always do it correct and have service techs that are kind and friendly.
Would never go somewhere else because I know the quality of service through Zeek.

Can't say good enough words about Zeek Plumbing! We first used them last May when we realized that our local pluming company we had used changed owners, and we weren't happy with them.

Last May, we contacted Zeek, and the crew did their job quickly and professionally. Then about a week ago, we had trouble with our laundry room sink. The came the same day we called them and solved the issue very quickly. When I asked for the bill, the crew worker that came said that the company was not going to charge us that time. I was speechless. No company has ever done that to us.

We're very grateful. I honestly still can't believe that. There was no emergency charge, and there was no charge for the service that day.
