Response time was fast! The next day, they were able send out someone. Myles and his colleague did an excellent job. They quickly identified the problem and provided several repair options/quotes. They were able explain the pros and cons of each option. The transparency was appreciated.

Patrick was great. He corrected a non-code plumbing problem with my water heater and fixed a nonworking bathtub stopper. He was able to fit me into his schedule within a day, and did the work expertly and efficiently . . . and for a reasonable rate. I highly recommend him.
