I called yesterday because we had another clogged drain, they came out right way the gentlemen went above & beyond to make sure our old pipes were clear and running freely. I highly recommend Norton Sewer & Drain, hopefully I won't need them again, but guaranteed if I do I will call them.
I was extremely happy with the service today from D Norton Sewer and Drain. They came quickly and solved my problem for a reasonable cost. It was a MUCH better experience than what I had with Roto Rooter a few months back for the same issue. I trust that this time the fix will last longer. Thank you!
On time, professional, reliable, considerate, just really good salt-of-the-earth people. We used them for a pretty bad sewer main breakage at a rental property in Boonton, and both Joe Sr. and Joe Jr. were awesome at identifying the problem and looking out for our best interests when it came time to dealing with the natural gas company, who was responsible for the breakage. A++++++!!!!!! Will be calling them next time... they're on speed dial.
Joe Junior came out to help me clear a drain - very prompt and professional and got the job done in 20 minutes. The price was reasonable and on par with a NJ plumber service call. I highly recommend them.
