We rely on Air Group and its annual service plan for our furnace, generator, AC and dehumidifier. Technicians are friendly, prompt and respectful of our property- they are also qualified. The service plan gives us peace of mind. Air Group also did some major electrical work for us and installed our generator and hot water heater. We highly recommend them!
We've always had exceptional service from Air Group. This was routine maintenance and Denis arrived on-time, worked efficiently, explained what he did and his findings, and fixed an issue we didn't even know we had! He was friendly, knowledgeable, and made the whole experience very easy. The admin team is also always fantastic when we call!
I am a long time Air Group customer and have typically been impressed with their staff, service, procedures and courtesy. I recently had a confusing problem with a second vendor and Austin A was able to solve it. Austen has a great deal of expertise, professionalism and excellent communication skills. He was thorough, willing to answer any of my questions, listened to the background story and communicated his findings clearly and reassuringly. I highly recommend Airgroup and Austin.
Five Stars. Full stop. I called at 8am and explained to Mary that we had no heat in our bedroom b/c of some thermostat malfunction. She worked with me to find the perfect timeblock - same day - and all is resolved. Mary is awesome!! She was sympathetic, understanding and worked with us to get the repair done. Thank you Air Group!

Brian was effective and extremely knowledgeable. He helped us with maintenance and gave great suggestions beyond the HVAC unit. Everything was explained in details and the solutions proposed were very reasonable.
