The team that came to service our house was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. They took their time to explain things and took care to make sure the work was done with expertise.

Jimmy (owner), Billy and RJ couldn’t have been nicer and more professional. Jimmy fit me in so that I could have my big electrical job done before my immediate surgery. He reworked the whole schedule for me. They all worked really hard and even stayed until 8:00 one night. Whenever I called, they were always responsive right away. You really can’t find service like this nowadays anymore. I highly recommend them.

The work that was done at my home was organized by my general contractor. He sent Epic Electric to complete the work and I had the best experience with Billy and Luis. They took care of all the electrical work in my backyard for my pool and patio area from the beginning to the end. Billy and Luis are both professional and knowledgeable. Each time they needed to enter my house they covered their shoes with booties and covered any surfaces that needed to be protected. They were very neat and meticulous with the work they completed. Both of them were very helpful in explaining to me how things worked and let me know I could always reach out if I had any questions when they left. The work they did is excellent and I couldn’t recommend them more.

This is the second time I am reviewing Jim, Billy and the team at Epic Electric. They have been doing work for us for the past several months - setting up all the electrical systems for our backyard pool and pool house. They have been exceptional at every turn. Billy and his partners treat my house like it was their own, are invested in the work they do and find creative solutions to problems when they arise. I can not recommend these guys enough - my only hesitation in giving this glowing review is that I want to keep these guys to myself. A+ all the way.

I contacted Jimmy the owner and he was very responsive. I needed electrical work for remodeling the kitchen and replace outdoor lighting. Billy who serviced the work was professional and punctual. I made several changes during the project and he accommodated all my requests and needs. They responded quickly to a few emergency calls that needed attention. Billy was very informative of some issues that we ran into, and helped me understand and suggest alternatives for what I needed. They were amazing on cleaning up after each work day. Even wore shoe covers when working indoors. They did a high quality job and would highly recommend them for any of electrical work.
