I'm completely satisfied with my recent laundry area plumbing repair by C&F Plumbing. I needed to replace a dripping water shut-off valve before installing a new washer, and decided to replace the 20+ year old gas line valve at the same time. Their plumber Joe was extremely nice and professional. He took the time to answer all my questions and to provide estimates for a potential future project. Prompt service. No pressure. I had a flue pipe over my hot water heater that was installed in 2018 with an incorrect pipe diameter.
Jim did a fantastic job replacing the flue pipe over my hot water heater so that it was the correct diameter/length and could be up to code! Jim was very respectful and did the work quickly and with excellent quality!

Scott was very personable yet professional. He was efficient and thorough. Although he was here to fix a faucet and perform a water test, he took the time to check out our water neutralizer and the device to remove iron in our basement which led to discovering that the neutralizer outlet bypass was in the off position, causing our water to be acidic. I was very impressed with Scott.

Jim was prompt, professional and tidy. He really cares about the homeowner and is always thinking ahead of installation to maintenance. He installed a salt-free whole house water softener and purification system. It looks and works great! He is very experienced and is willing to share his knowledge. Great customer experience!
