I had a "Dashskin" installed by Tom and his staff. It fits like a glove! Also, due to his thorough assessment of the condition of my vehicle (which he always does before servicing your car}, he found my dealership had not performed some of the maintenance required at different mileage stages! After his work on my vehicle, I feel I have a new car! I intend to have him continue servicing my vehicle. I am in good hands!
First time here with my Mercedes Tom and the staff couldn't have been more helpful and more honest. they explained everything that was going on with the car and fixed it expeditiously and reasonably. I I've been bringing my car to Petty’s Motorworks since I moved here three years ago. I can’t praise my service experience enough. Tom, Tom Jr., and Joe are all very helpful, clearly explaining any issues with my car and showing me exactly what needs fixing, without pressuring me to do unnecessary work. The pricing for each service has been very reasonable, and my car runs perfectly. I trust them completely, and their customer service is outstanding. I've become a loyal, repeat customer for good.
I have to acknowledge and praise this business. Being new to the area, the last thing any of us need is motor vehicle repairs especially in the winter, not knowing where to go. Tim from AAA recommended Petty Autoworks. He got my car started and I called them asking if I could bring it in. Joe said ofcourse.
Joe was awesome with me, calling with updates,photos,issues that had to be addressed and the costs. It set me back but was well worth it. My 2009 Sonata has never run better. I now know where all my auto needs will be done. I Thank You Very Much. Mary Lynn.
Had an issue with big box store tires. There the only service center in the area that were able to rectify the problem. Joe and Tom were very easy to talk to and extremely knowledgeable about the problem. Highly recommend this service center. Petty Motorworks is the best!!!!!
