Our PCA is 100% all we could have asked for in a helper for my grandmother. She is smart, accommodating, and safety oriented. She is AMAZING- and we appreciate her. The agency has been wonderful to deal with as well.

1/15/26 Felicia and her staff continue to provide the best care possible for my cousin. As more challenging situations arise, Felicia steps up and handles them. The peace of mind that she gives me and my family is priceless. Connecticut Care (and its clients) are so lucky to have such a dedicated person working for them.
The main thing i like about Ct. Care, is that I never have to worry about the care giver being there. We use them for a wheel chair bound patient. He needs 24/7 care. His caregiver uses a hoyer to get him out of bed in the morning, gives him a shower and then makes him breakfast. She cares for him all day. If his care giver needs a few days off, there is always a temp. replacement on call. I am extremely happy with Ct. Care.
I am so thankful to Connecticut Care LLC for helping me with brother Bill. The head of the agency, Felicia, was always available when I had questions or needed to make changes. Felicia kept in contact with me to make sure things were going smoothly. She chose caregivers that were compassionate and caring. Felicia also made sure that the caregiver was compatible with the patient.
Bill’s Aide helped him prepare emotionally and religiously during his end of life. We are forever grateful for her help, and for the assistance of Connecticut Care, LLC.
