    I've been with Solo fit for some time now and I'm happy for my results. Solomon my trainer is great at getting the body right. One of my best decisions I ever made. Good health can be achieved if you work at it. Plus it makes you look great!!

    Solomon is great. Always pays attention to detail. Does not allow you to slack. He will make sure you reach your goals! Make sure you book a session with him, you won’t regret it.

    I have trained with Solofit for several months alongside my mother and it has changed my life as well as boosted my confidence. I have lost over 20lb so far, gained muscle, and curbed my eating habits. Most importantly I was taught how different workouts and foods affect my body and in order to get me the results I am striving for. I personally have really bad knees and he has taught me how to use each machine properly and how to alter certain exercises to protect my body while still getting the most out of my workout. He has given me the confidence to walk into any gym, use any machine, and know that I am using it properly resulting in me being self sufficient when I am working out without him. Solomon really pushes you to your limits to give each session 110%, so it’s a lot of hard work but we also have a lot of fun. I find when I leave my sessions i feel very good about myself and have a sense of accomplishment. I feel energized and strong to take on the rest of the day. If you’re plateauing and struggling like I was in the beginning, if you want someone who takes his job seriously, and who treats you with care, I would definitely recommend enhancing your weight loss journey by teaming up with Solofit.

    after having my firstborn, keeping weight off was really tough, and making time for working out became even harder. I was able to come to Soloman with my goals, concerns, injuries, etc. and he maximized my time at the gym. I was down a large % of body fat within 6 months and feeling the best I ever have by only being with him 1-3 hours a week.

    Solo is hands down the most understanding trainer you’ll find. He checks in on my habits outside the gym as much as he does inside the gym. He makes sure I’m getting my steps , eating correctly and making sure I’m purchasing the right vitamins for my body type. He’s the only trainer that has kept me motivated, given weekly messages, makes you comfortable even if you feel uncomfortable but of all else he always puts my health first. Solo has so much knowledge. He even helped my child's traveling flag football team.
