Nurse Jessica and Nursing aide Miriam are God sent Angel. They both went above and beyond to making my mom comfortable towards the end of her life.
They also give me emotional support to help me to get through the toughest 15 days of the time before my mom passed. Jessica was my mom's nurse the day that she admitted in Serenity hospice and my mom fought for the last breath just to said goodbye to Nurse Jessica.
Serenity Hospice should be so grateful to have Jessica and Miriam working with them.
They both should be recognized by the company.
Serenity also took care of my father last year before he passed.
Thank you for Serenity to have these employees 🙏.
    May God Bless you all.

Our family is deeply grateful for the care Serenity Hospice provided during the last three weeks of my father-in-law’s life. From start to finish, the nurses, aides, case managers, and chaplain showed an extraordinary level of compassion, professionalism, and kindness.

As a nurse myself, I was especially moved by the care Samai gave my father-in-law the night before he passed. She tucked him in lovingly, spoke to him in the softest, most reassuring words, and made sure he was truly comfortable. That small act of tenderness meant the world to us. ❤️

Our Case Manager, Melissa, was EXCEPTIONAL. We know how demanding her role is, yet she carried it out with such grace, advocacy, and kindness. Please know the lasting impact you’ve made on our family—we will be forever grateful.

Thank you, Serenity Hospice, for walking alongside us in this difficult time with such compassion.

Bernadette and Marie C were my angels sent from above. They both were so professional, compassionate, kind and loving in a time in life that can be difficult for a dying family member. They both went above and beyond in the care they provided to my family. I will be forever grateful to them both. Both these amazing nurses deserve to be recognized and the company should be aware of just how lucky they are to have such great nurses working for them!!!

My mom was placed on hospice care a few months ago and I just wanted to express my gratitude and appreciation for the wonderful team that took care of my mom. The care of the nursing staff needs to be acknowledged. The kindness and compassion nurse Krystle and the on call nurse Aruna showed our family was truly amazing and appreciated. Having a loved one on hospice care was difficult , a very emotional decision to make and we are thankful to have made the decision to select a company that went above and beyond. Both nurse Krystle and Aruna went beyond our expectations and provided kindness, understanding , outstanding service, patience, detail explanation of the process, educated several family member on medication, what to look for, what to expect in the end. I felt very supported throughout the process. Thank you again for everything. The two hospice nurses were truly a blessing and we are happy that our mom passed with a great team caring for her in her last days. Thank you Serenity Hospice care.

Briana from Serenity Hospice is such a pleasure to work with! She has such an amazing and upbeat personality that I love working with her. I always enjoy when we plan fun events for the staff at my nursing home AristaCare at Cedar Oaks. From dressing up as s'mores, to candy tables, to pretzels there is so much more to name. Serenity Hospice is lucky to have Briana to bring such cheer and smiles to everyone!
