Without a doubt, the best experience I’ve had after multiple attempts at physical therapy. Matt was competent, kind and willing to work with me and directly with my doctor to determine the best approach to treatment. The staff was friendly and attentive to me, even with the little things that made me feel more comfortable doing the hard things. And guess what….they always started on time! The depth of their knowledge and commitment to my rehabilitation has inspired me to continue doing the exercises daily on my own after discharge. Definitely a five-star facility.
After an extended stay in the hospital, I'm at PTSMC in Bristol to correct all that went awry when one lies in a bed for months. Matt and his group are so kind, understanding, patient, and most of all, effective at working with me through all the various exercises that have me on the path to recovery. There's no pressure. There's no stress. There is, however, A LOT of positivity and expertise. Would I recommend them? I would and I have...several times!
I started PT after having a minor ankle surgery. I met with Ryan Nguyen for my evaluation, we went through range of motion, pain levels and what goals I had for PT. We started with 2 visits per week, working on my mobility and strengthening. I looked forward to my ankle/foot massages at each appointment. 🤣 Ryan had me working harder than I had done in a long time, with push/pulling sleds, explosive movements on my feet, sprinting, and stretching. My ankle was back to 100% when a new issue arose. My neck and back had locked up and I had limited range of motion. Ryan quickly got to work to whoop me back into shape. We started with needling which was intense but seemed to really help. Then worked towards strengthening doing uppercuts(this is the worst exercise ever and should be banned), exercised on the cable machine and some additional weightlifting exercises. Now my body is feeling better than it has in a long time and I have Ryan and the rest of the staff to thank. I would highly recommend Bristol PTSMC to anyone and I will go back if I ever need to. Thank you Ryan.
I’ve been to a couple of different physical therapy places but none were close to the employees here that are very warm and welcoming and truly care about their customers. All Physical therapists are very knowledgeable and friendly. Mostly worked with Ryan and Matt Salisbury both amazing physical therapists. They listen to you and help you with your physical health issues. The professionalism and care shown by their staff is exceptional. I highly recommend this business to anyone who needs help with their physical health.I am completely impressed with their professionalism and customer service.

The space is neat clean and has the highest level of equipment along with expertise from all the staff!! 5 stars just simply is not enough of a rating
